Heads & Tails & Rondels, Oh My!

Create a One-of-a-Kind Creation to Hang on the Wall or in a Window
With Joyce Sullivan

From 10am to 6pm (with a lunch break)

$95.00 – plus supplies

Prerequisites: Glass Cutting and soldering skills

Using found objects and decorative soldering techniques, you can set your imagination in motion and break away from traditional stained glass.  This class will help you learn how to build “way outside the box”.  Come prepared to spend the day and leave with a fabulous piece of artwork.

Available for purchase will be large pieces of head glass – that beautiful swirly top that the manufacturer usually cuts off to square the glass – and large rondels from Kokomo and George Tessman.

We’ll Use in Class:

Safety Glasses
Glass Cutter & Pliers
Sharpie, Exacto Knife
Copper Foil & Fid
Lead Dykes
Soldering Iron, Controller and Stand
Flux, flux brush, 60/40 and 50/50 Solder
