Nathan Sandberg - Vitrigraph Murrine & Dropout Vessels - Only Eight Spaces Available

$438 is a 50% Down Payment.  We will contact you before the class starts to collect the balance of $438.

Capitalizing on the ways glass can be arranged in and flows from a crucible, students in this innovative workshop will learn to create reproducible decorative cane and murrine using the Vitrigraph Kiln. These elements will then, immediately, be used to explore the dropout method of slumping glass.  Students will learn the basics of using the Vitrigraph kiln and will create at least one finished, medium, dropout vessel during class. The only prerequisite is the ability to confidently cut sheet glass and a willingness to be challenged. All materials and supplies are included.  All skill levels are welcome. Only eight students in this exclusive class.

Class Dates & Hours

Thursday, February 20 from 9-5

Friday, February 21 from 9-6

Saturday, February 22 from 10-5
