Beginning Stained Glass, Copper Foil Method

This is a five-week course teaching you the copper foil method of stained glass construction.  You’ll create a 9”x 14” panel using the technique developed by Louis Comfort Tiffany in the late 18th century.

Class meets each Thursday morning from 10am to 12:30pm. 

Each student will purchase their own glass and a Goody Bag of tools and supplies needed to complete the class.  You can expect to spend $100-135 in addition to the tuition.  A pistol-grip glass cutter is included in the tuition.

Please bring or purchase safety glasses on the first day of class; Always wear closed-toe shoes to class.

Classes and Workshops that are cancelled at least 8 days in advance will receive store credit.

No-shows and cancellations with less than 8 days notice will forfeit tuition.  Credits are not transferable to another person. 

If a “Make-up” session is necessary, it needs to be scheduled during normal business hours or during our Stained Glass Workshop and completed before the next regular class meeting.  There will be an additional fee of $25 for each make-up session required.
