Returns Policy

Our everyday goal is customer satisfaction.

Part of achieving that goal is to accept returns when you receive an item that isn't quite what you expected.

Our policy is to accept returns if the product is in new, un-opened, re-sellable condition and returned within 14 days.

We don't accept returns on glass, books, patterns, metals, chemicals or special-order items.

 If you received an item you didn't order, we'll refund the full purchase price plus postage. In all other cases, you must pay for return postage and we will refund or apply a store credit, at our discretion.
