Our everyday goal is customer satisfaction. Part of achieving that goal is to accept returns when you receive an item that isn't quite what you expected.
Our policy is to accept returns if the product is in new, un-opened, re-sellable condition and returned within 14 days. In some cases, we will charge a re-stocking fee of 15-25%, depending on the item. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If you received an item you didn't order, we'll refund the full purchase price plus postage. In all other cases, you must pay for return postage and we will refund or apply a store credit, at our discretion.
We don't accept returns on glass, books, patterns, metals, chemicals or special-order items.

On occasion, we will select a shipper that is different from that selected by the consumer. We reserve the right to do this, at our discretion, based on factors present at the time of shipping.
