Frit Casting Flowers
$99 includes all supplies and two firings for one ~6" flower bowl
No Experience Required to Enter the Exciting World of Glass Fusing!
All you need to bring is your sense of fun. Please wear closed-toe shoes. We'll supply safety glasses and everything else you need.
Using the Creative Paradise frit casting molds, students will explore the intriguing world of casting with crushed glass (frit). You will be guided through the subtleties of color choice and shading to help you create a fabulous flower. Samples will be shown to help you get started.
Class fee includes all materials and one firing. Once your glass becomes a flower, you can mount it on a stand, hang it on a wall or have it slumped into a bowl. If you want to make more flowers at home, you can purchase the molds so that you can create an entire garden!
Even if you have no experience working in glass, our teachers will show you that it is easier than you think and more fun than you could imagine! Your family and friends might not believe you when you proudly say, “I made it myself”!
FINE PRINT - Terms apply to all classes at Harmony Stained Glass. As a courtesy to others, please read and comply.
1. Your class will start on time. Please be on time and prepared. Please put your phone on silent so that it won’t disrupt the class.
2. Payment is required when you register for a class. When you register, we reserve that space and purchase supplies for you. Seven days advance notice is required to cancel. With 7 days notice, you will receive store credit for your tuition. Otherwise, you will forfeit the tuition. Classes with guest artists are never refundable unless we can fill your space. To cover PayPal/credit card fees, a $25 processing fee will apply to any refund issued on any guest artist class.
3. In the event of a class cancellation by Harmony, you will receive a full refund.
4. Class participants must be at least 13 years of age unless specified otherwise in the class description. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a participating (registered and paid) guardian. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in Adult Recess classes.
5. Participants give permission for Harmony Stained Glass to take and use photographs which may include their image or artwork.
6. Please bring Safety Glasses (Available for purchase at Harmony Stained Glass) and Wear Closed Toe Shoes.
7. Everyone who is present for a class must be enrolled in that class.
8. If the class is "plus supplies", only supplies purchased at Harmony are permitted.
9. Our primary goal is for you to have a good time!
